How to Use
Eco-Cigs, Sapphyre and Sapphyre Hookah e-cigarettes have no on/off switch. You simply draw on the device to switch it on. The device shuts off automatically.

How to recharge the Sapphyre and Eco-Cigs Tip Rechargeable
Insert the tip-end of the e-cig into the USB charger and push firmly until it clicks into place. (There is no need to remove the cartomizer.) Then plug the USB charger into a USB port or wall adaptor. A fully uncharged battery will take two to three hours to recharge. When recharged, the indicator light on the USB Charger will turn from red to green. Remove the electronic cigarette from the charger. Note: The light on the wall adaptor will always be green.

Used and open products: Used cartomizer refills, opened cartomizer refill packages and disposable products cannot be returned for a refund, but, if defective, can be exchanged for new products within 30 days of purchase.

To make an exchange, defective products must be returned intact, with all components, and must not be substantially consumed. Download and complete the Product Return/Exchange Form and shipping instructions.

Unused and unopened products: Unused and unopened products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased your products from eco-cigs.com, sapphyrecigs.com or sapphyrevapes.com, you will receive a refund on the credit card used for the transaction (less the original shipping charges). Or, if you prefer, you may choose to exchange them for new products. If you purchased your products at a retailer, your products will be exchanged for new products.

To get a refund, unused and unopened products must be returned to Sapphyre and Eco-Cigs. Download and complete our Product Return/Exchange Form and shipping instructions.

Domestic Shipping

Eco-Cigs, Inc. Offers a variety of options for shipping, including flat rate and expedited services. Estimated shipping dates will depend on destination, shipping selection and processing time once your order is received. *Expected delivery times are only estimations.

  • Orders placed after 3PM CST on Friday will not be processed or shipped until Monday.
  • We are not responsible for delays once your package has left our facility.
  • Any questions regarding your package once it has left our facility should be dealt directly with the carrier.
  • You can track and check the status of your package by logging into your Eco-Cigs account

International Shipping

Eco-Cigs offers shipping outside of the United States. Delivery times and shipping costs will depend on destination, weight of package and size. Delays, seizures and possible returns to sender may occur at the discretion of National Customs services. These delays are beyond our control. Please familiarize yourself with your countries laws regarding the importation of electronic cigarettes.

Battery Warranty

The batteries in our rechargeable products utilize the latest lithium ion technology, and will last 300-400 cycles or charges…about a year's worth of use. But if, for any reason, your Eco-Cigs battery doesn't work as well as it should, we will replace your battery for free - all you pay is shipping.

Eco-Cigs warrants the original purchaser of any battery purchased from eco-cigs.com, sapphyrecigs.com and sapphyrevapes.com, that the battery will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase.

This Warranty entitles the purchaser to:

  • Free battery replacements within one year of purchase - if the battery you purchased or a subsequent replacement proves to be defective (subject to warranty conditions).
  • Up to three more replacements (if you require them) following the initial one-year period. However many batteries are purchased, the number of defective batteries that may be replaced for a single purchaser is limited to three in any year.

Note: After the first year, to qualify for the extended warranty, you need to have purchased Eco-Cigs cartomizer refills within 90 days of each replacement request. If you did not make the purchase online or via our toll-free number, please provide a receipt from a retail store showing a purchase date of Sapphyre or Eco-Cigs cartomizers within the last 90 days.

This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

  • modification, alteration, repair or service of the battery by any persons.
  • accident or physical abuse to, or misuse of the battery or operation the battery in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions
  • any use of the battery other than that for which it was intended (including, but not limited to, use with non-Eco-Cigs chargers).

Eco-Cigs reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty at its sole discretion.
